All items are shipped on our standard delivery service which is 2-4 days. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive a shipping email confirmation, so you know your order is on its way. The shipping email will contain all shipping information so you can keep track of your order.

We always endeavour to deliver your order on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.
For peace of mind all our orders are dispatched using a secure tracked and signed for service with the correct insurance cover for losses or any damages. On rare occasions we may experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you think this may be the case with your order and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will endeavour to replace, or refund orders lost in transit however once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being delivered and signed for at the delivery address our liability ends. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, no problem. Our returns policy allows you to send your item(s) back and receive a full refund*. Nearly all refunds are processed the day they are received.
At Value Watches UK, we make every effort to describe and display our products as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected. We are proud to offer you 14 days to change your mind on any of your purchases. To return your item(s) as unwanted, you have 14 days to inform us and then 14 days to send the item back.
If you experience a manufacturing fault with your item(s) within the first 30 days of ownership, you will be eligible to receive a replacement if you inform us within the 30-day period.
If you experience a manufacturing fault with your item(s) and you return it outside of 30 days of ownership we will need to check with the manufacturer to see what warranty they have in place. If your fault is not covered, you may be liable for the cost of repair.
